Olympia Italian Spaghetti House III is a cozy Greek-American and Italian-American spot with classic comfort food and really kind service. We sat outside, which was nice, with heaters that helped with the breeze. The portions are huge, and many dishes come with salad and soup, so it feels generous. I got the baked lasagna, which was tasty, and my friends liked their meals too. We also shared a pizza. I liked that it was loaded with cheese, but overall it tasted a little bland.

I cannot fathom how this place has such a high rating. It must be the nostalgia, because it is certainly not the food. I ordered a pizza and couldn’t even get through one slice. The sauce is grossly sweet and the cheese is burnt on top. You can’t even taste the flavor of the pizza because the sauce and cheese are way too powerful (and not in a good way). My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was mediocre at best. I’ll give them credit for huge portions, but they need to work on the quality of food instead of the quantity. I would not take my worst enemy here. The staff were lovely. Huge props to them. But I would avoid this place if you’re looking to actually eat edible food.

It was one of the best spots in Capitol Hill area. The staff were very friendly. The food quality was excellent and the portions were pretty decent sized; easily shareable for two people. Finding parking was a bit of challenge. Had to park few blocks away.

Best pizza experience I have had since visiting Chicago. The staff was very friendly and amazing. The chicken parm was really delicious. The green bell peppers in the sauce was something I have never experienced and it was really good. My kids had pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. The crust was crispy and buttery. My wife ordered the Margherita specialty pizza...it was amazing.. she also had the dinner salad with Greek dressing...very filling...
